[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] move RMContext -> RM{Demux,Mux}Context

Hi,

See subject. No mebbers of RMContext are shared between rmdec.c and
rmenc.c (see next patch), so I'm confused as to why it is shared
between rmdec/enc and why it is in rm.h.
