[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] make pcm_dvd use the full bit depth

this fixes another bug

I can't test with my test file, because ffmpeg recognizes the audio format as pcm_s16le instead of pcm_dvd.
ffplay exits with error. see roundup issue581
