[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] missing include for strcasecmp()

Hi,

There are currently a few strcasecmp() usage which are missing the
mandatory strings.h include. It was working fine up to now thanks
to the implicit _BSD_SOURCE definition. But including the required
strings.h header will avoid implicit function declaration when we
will drop _BSD_SOURCE definition.
