[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Make some ffmpeg opts use parse-number-or-die

Hi all,

this improves the error reporting and diagnostic of ffmpeg when it
takes wrong values for the corresponding options.

I explicitly avoided opt_pad* and opt_crop* and opt_qscale functions
since they're going to be possibly removed with libavfilter filters
inclusion, while I think strict and qdiff may be already managed by
AVOptions.
