[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] make ffmpeg act consistently on HAVE_ variables

ffmpeg makefile should enable stuff if the variable is set to "yes", not 
just set. MPlayer assumes that way and now doesn't build on non x86 arches.

This is an alternate fix than the one I sent on mplayer-devel.
