[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Cleanup before exit()ing FFmpeg

Hello,

As discussed on [1], it's preferable to clean up before exit()ing 
FFmpeg. Attached patches replace exit() to av_exit(), which does some 
kind of cleanup, enough for [1] not to be needed by FFmpeg.
