Audio corruption problem has been isolated. The original bink container
description in the wiki was inaccurate concerning 'number of channels'.

Yes, I have been testing the demuxer with a wider set of samples. These
segfaults are caused by some sloppiness in the demuxer. This will be
fixed in the next patch.
