Just want to have some clarifications here.

I thought we had an understanding that I could just 'leave' the
LTP / SSR code as-is without any modifications (as we've discussed
on the soc-list). I don't intend to fix it anytime soon unless
someone come up with a long list of samples they really want
to have supported. Perhaps it's better to rip it out after all?
If so i'll try to make some clean cuts to it could be revived
by extracting patches from the soc-rep.

Also, Once we get SBR / PS this old legacy will probably make even
more damage than good. This is just speculation though...
