Transcoding with ffmpeg produces the same result as ffplay.
Of the samples from MPHQ, 2004-12-17-uebung9.avi (rgb32) and tscc.avi 
(bgr24) work here, but TI_1_Einfuehrung.avi and oneminute.avi (bgr555) 
are colorswapped the same way as my sample.
So I revise the patch to change only 15bit.
