Well, it would be better if we decided a normative way to wrap
ffv1/ffvhuff into Quicktime (mov).
IMHO using 'FFVH' as fourcc is OK, it is the avi fourcc, that also means
that current demuxer should not need the first patch since search is
performed in avi tags if no official mov fourcc is found.
Concerning extradata, I think It is a good opportunity to use the new
design defined to store Xiph codecs:
