[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] merge 4 or 6 channels to stereo

Hi,

The attached patch adds support for merging 4 or 6 channels to stereo.
It's based on a patch by Peter Ross.
I'm not sure if it is desired or not ?
A generic channel splitting/merging/reordering framework would for sure
be welcome.
