Yes. I was waiting for an official stable 4.2.x release from MinGW that
is not marked as "Technology Preview", but since Danny Smith left, it'll
take a while to have a new "stable" version again. The ones released on
their site works fine and passes all regressions tests, so I've updated
the wiki. (See "Last Changes")
