[FFmpeg-devel] not supported PAFF sample

I get the following errors with the following interlaced sample (seems to be tandberg encoded):

[h264 @ 0x96a080]decode_slice_header error
[h264 @ 0x96a080]no frame!
Error while decoding frame!
