I honestly don't know ;-). I will do it as others prefer. If nobody
voices a different opinion I will prepare a patch adding them to
libavutil tomorrow or so (asfcrypt.c is to stay in libavformat? Or maybe
even integrated into asf.c (I would think better not)?).
