[FFmpeg-devel] Audio and video transcoding in real time through an UPD port

Hi all!
I'm new in developing with FFMPEG and I wanted to know if it is possible 
to transcode a video that is coming through an UDP port, use it, and then 
re-convert it to the original format using libavcodec/libavformat.
