[FFmpeg-devel] apiexample.c possibly broken

I compiled this on two different machines, using different versions of gcc 
and different distros.  In both cases it correctly encodes an mp2 file, but 
errors out trying to decode it:


[mp2 @ 0x83f224c]incorrect frame size
[mp2 @ 0x83f224c]Header missing skipping one byte.
[mp2 @ 0x83f224c]Header missing skipping one byte.
[mp2 @ 0x83f224c]Header missing skipping one byte.
...

I apologize if this is some silly mistake on my part.
