The git repo on mphq is read-only for now.  It's there so people can
use it to fetch the source or play around with git in general.  If we
decide to switch FFmpeg development to git we'll do a new import
without the git-svn ties and archive the svn repo.  It would of course
be possible to make the git-svn mirror work both ways, but it's a
little tricky.
