[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rename library decoders/encoders

Attached patch changes some of the names of the external library
decoders and encoders to preserve the "lib" prefix.  This helps not only
consistency, it's necessary as soon as a native decoder or encoder
arrives.

OK to commit?  (Can be split into multiple commits if necessary.)
