There are already 3 persons available for the matroska muxer:
- Aurelien Jacobs
- Ronald Bultje
- myself

I suppose the official mentor but be someone with strong FFMPEG ties ? 
That would mean Aurelien. Otherwise I can be the mentor, given I know 
matroska best and I know how libavformat works.
