Simple, I don't have multiprogram TSs, just single program ones.
Again, that is the common case when recording DVB.

Ok, I've just downloaded dvbtools with Nico's recent additions:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dvbtools/

where this shouldn't be an issue any more.  But I've got lots of files
created with the "official" Linux dvb tools and they all don't have a
PMT.
