[FFmpeg-devel] [DOC] vhook is deprecated

Hi,

I'd like to add to the docs the fact that vhook is deprecated by
the first patch.

While writing that its substitute is a GSoc project, I noticed that there
is no mention of GSoc2007 at the web, and hence I've prepared a second
patch.

OK to commit both?
