proposed ;) GPL4:

"You may not combine this work with any software which is available
under the MIT license, furthermore you may not include
any copyright notice or permission notice from a MIT licensed program
in any copy or substantial portions of the Software"

now if this isnt incompatible with the MIT license then nothing is ...
