[FFmpeg-devel] [BUG] watermark vhook can't handle truncated bitstreams

Hi,

Though vhook is deprecated I believe it is worth fixing bugs there before
they
are ported to libavfilter.
The attached patch fixes the jerkiness when the watermarks are (for example)
MPEG files.

The test case is

ffmpeg -i input.avi -vhook 'vhook/watermark.dll -f input.vob' -an output.avi

OK to commit?
