[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Remove code duplication for Win32 targets in configure

Hello,

Attached patch removes code duplication for Win32 targets in configure.
It deals with:
- File names for PE
- Library names for Win32 targets
- Libraries must be installed in $PATH
- PEs not being able to have undefined symbols (the vhook sh part)

There must be a better place to put it, so I leave that to Mans =)
