It does more than just parsing the bit stream, but it doesn't completely decode 
anything yet. Quite a few of the necessary functions are written, some more 
functions need adding and then they need gluing together. I have a job now which 
is probably going to make it tough to work on it for a while, though I really 
would like to finish it. :/
