[Ffmpeg-devel] reference pictures for decoding

Hi,

I think that in H.264, we have one or more reference pictures for each
macroblock, is it true? If yes, why the function
"decode_ref_pic_list_reordering" is called in decode_slice_header, it seems
that it uses these pictures as references for all of the macroblocks in one
slice,
And as another question, are there any variables in decoding process which
save the reference pictures of the previous slice or previous frame?
