[Ffmpeg-devel] little player development request

Yes.......but i am not a coder, i am a sales man, i dont know how to try 
ffmpeg or ffplay ;-)
ffplay already play h.264 right?
ffplay have native feature to play RTSP streams or need to use other 
software/libraries like live555?
Someone can make this player for we? If yes i need to know how much 
money and deadline.
