Hi,

Some month ago, Rick has suggested a nice code. Currently the problem is,
that all three width, height and the padding have to be even.

I would like, that only the sum of the indicated parameters would be even.
  width + padleft + padright   =  even
  height + padtop + padbottom  =  even

It seams, that this code was never introducent into CVS. To add this 
would be
very helpful.
