the idea of some mailinglist scaning tracker is certainly interresting
some issues with the one above i noticed after 1min of looking the page
are:
* 90% of the items on the PPC64 (are they the only ones useing it?) are
  in state "new" this is strange ...
* all email addresses seem to be on the page in nicely parseable format
* the comments look a little bit flat, some sort of threaded view would be
  nice
* theres no clear history of state changes (who-when-what)
* how are states changed? over the web? thats unaccpetable for such a
  mailinglist centric system IMO
