Well it appears that the DVB-T transmissions here in NZ will be using
interlaced PAFF with spatial direct for 576i and 1080i H.264
transmissions.

I can provide additional streams from the local test transmissions if
needed, or take a look at http://www.mythtv.co.nz for my attempts so far
to get these streams working.
