OTOH mkvmerge muxes snow as V_MS/VFW/FOURCC, not as V_SNOW. And I'm
not sure if any matroska muxer supports V_SNOW.
Anyway, as V_SNOW seems to be an official tag, I have no objection
about this patch. You can commit it if you want.
