[FFmpeg-devel] AC3 Format Detection unreliable.

I have a number of AC3 streams that don't get detected properly by
ffmpeg/libavformat. The scoring only gives a 1 for ac3, and defaults down to
mp2. It appears that change 8441 added additional checking. If I revert raw.c
to before 8441, then detection works fine (score of 60). I'll look into
seeing if I can fix this. Otherwise, anyone else have ideas? I can make the
AC3 stream(s) available if needed.
