[Ffmpeg-devel] Potential FFmpeg Licence Violation 'Koyote Ipod video converter for free'

At this site http://www.koyotesoft.com/indexEn.html  there is a program
called 'Koyote Ipod video converter for free'.

After installation, the following files appeared in the 'program
files\ffdshow' directory, because 'ffdshow' is installed silently as part of
the installation. I have also cut and pasted the 'click-through' eula. I
believe that this eula is violating the licence of at least ffmpeg because '
libavcodec.dll' is one of the files installed by 'ffdshow'. IANAL but i
believe at a minimum, the lgpl licence shold be displayed? and the source
should be available on their web site.

Software, but you may transfer your rights under this Agreement on a

engineer, de-compile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that
this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not

4. REDISTRIBUTION. You can freely distribute the SOFTWARE, provided that:

ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF THE DELIVERY, PERFORMANCE OR USE
OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF Koyote Soft HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL Koyote Soft' LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER
IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE LICENSE FEE
PAID BY YOU, IF ANY.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and Koyote
