[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Remove "bt" OptionDef option

Hi,

The attached patch removes the "bt" OptionDef option from the ffmpeg.c 
file. The equally named "bt" AVOption takes over its function and this
occurs transparantly. Regression tests succeed.

This is another case where the unit of a commandline unit is changed
from kilobits/sec to bits/sec.
