[Ffmpeg-devel] MPEG Sequence End Code

Hello.
I was wondering why the MPEG sequence end code is never written.  In
mpeg12.c, SEQ_END_CODE is defined, but is never used.  I do know of an
explanation earlier in the mailing list that explained its removal
(easier to concatenate MPEG streams), but is there a way to force the
codec to give a sequence end code without setting the bytes explicitly
from a "user" perspective?
