[Ffmpeg-devel] Odd Timbase and Framerate results on Matroska container inputs.

Hi,

this week I did build a wrapper for parsing Videos and accessing thier 
framecontent.
I noticed that on MKV-Matroska container inputs a timesbase of about 
1000:1000000 and a framerate of 1:12 does result. This happens on PAL, 
not shure if same issue happens at NTSC. All other formats I tried did 
work well (avi, mp4 ...)
