there where no changes in flvdec.c between 6338 and 6341 furthermore the code
doesnt look like seeking ever worked better then to what has already been
viewed once + what ffplay demuxed ahead

a patch which fixes forward seeking via implementing 
AVInputFormat.read_timestamp() would be welcome
