the bugreporting docs say at some point ffmpeg-dev IIRC, and anyway i
dont mind good bugreprts on ffmpeg-dev, its just the "it dosnt work",
"internal compiler error, is it known bug in ffmpeg?", "foobar doesnt
work in 0.4.9pre1", "it doesnt complie (on my totally broken system)"
and such which dont belong here
