This change seems to break MPEG2 audio from MPEG-TS DVB files in VLC.

I continuously get:
[00000297] ffmpeg decoder warning: header missing skiping one byte
(mp2 at 0x41fca00)

If I run the file trough ffmpeg and transcode, the audio does work. I  
assume VLC does something wrong when passing the audio data to  
ffmpeg, but since we no longer have a resident ffmpeg specialist in  
the team, i'm not sure where the problem is. The commit log didn't  
make me very wiser.  Does anyone have a hint where i should start  
looking ?
