[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Alphabetise codec/etc registrations in libavcodec/allcodecs.c

Hello all,

I'm not sure how appreciated this is but I didn't like the look of the
random ordering of the registrations in allcodecs.c so I spent some
time alphabetising them. I split the AMR encoders and decoders into
the encoder and decoder sections for consistency. I think I changed
one #if to a #ifdef, also for consistency, but otherwise I think I
just rearranged and added comments to signify to which #ifdef the
#endif corresponded. I've tested to see if it builds with my
configuration options and it does.
