[Ffmpeg-devel] ffmpeg file info as XML

Hi all!

Is there any intention to add a util to ffmpeg that dumps file
information in a defined format?

Based on some earlier posts on this subject and, i made a draft:

I can remove the #if's and s/GPL/LGPL/. It just seems a huge overhead to
make a standalone shared-lib app for a couple of printf's. Tell me if
