No, we don't automatically blacklist people simply because they run a
mail server at home.  That is a perfectly normal thing to do, and
should not be punished.  However, we only allow posting from real
addresses.  To check this, the server attempts to connect to the MX
address of the sender domain.  For edgomez.kicks-ass.org, this fails
with a "connection refused" error, indicating that the sender address
is not real (it is impossible to deliver mail to it).
