[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] detecting pthreads

Here's a patch that should hopefully get rid of those extra -pthread
flags some platforms have been troubled with.  Could those who are
seeing warnings like "gcc: unrecognized option '-pthreads'" please try
it out?  IIRC this was happening on some BSD systems.
