Sorry for replying late; I've been offline during the weekend.
Since Diego already applied the patch, I see that it is correct... I
just wanted to apologize for writing the wrong .pc file at the beginning
(I do not know this stuff very well, and I did the thing that seemed
simpler to me - my reasoning was that if --enable-swscaler is not
specified, then libswscale.pc should not be used. But I probably
misunderstood how .pc files are used. Sorry about that).
