There used to be a copy of libpng in libavformat/libpng.  It was
removed in favor of a native implementation.

A CVS checkout won't have it either of the -P options is used.  The
reason for this is the way CVS handles directories, i.e. not at all.

libavutil/eval.c was copied from libavcodec/eval.c along with the rest
of libavutil, but it was apparently never added to the makefile, and
libavcodec/eval.c is still there.
