[Ffmpeg-devel] some more moves on CVS files

Thanks to Guillaume for locating some more move operations:

libavcodec/Doxyfile --> Doxyfile

I already fixed this one.

Two more are somewhat mysterious still:

libavformat/asf.c seems to have been split into libavformat/asf-enc.c,
libavformat/asf.c, libavformat/asf.h.  Were the RCS files copied?

libavcodec/bitstream.[ch] seems to have appeared on 20041230, but from
where?
