Exactly, voices are distorted.

It does not work with libvorbis in mplayer, cause extradata needs to be
parsed like in ffvorbis.

Btw, it seems to me that demux_lavf in mplayer would do better ignoring
codec_tag from libavformat when esds objecttype id is used with 'mp4a' tag.
