Sorry, but I have a life. I don't spend my time waiting for your emails 
to answer right away.

We have moved to MSVC2005 recently and there's no problem with time. As 
I said it may come (again) from MinGW, but I haven't tried.

Anyway "timestamp" is not as good. This function deals with cluster 
time, block time and display time. They are all separate variables. And 
I think an appropriate name for each would help anyone new to Matroska 
reading the code.
