No. In order to build FFMPEF with FAAC support I need to run the makefile of 
FAAC.

These are the build steps:

1. Compile FAAC -- OK
2. Run "make install" of FAAC -- ERROR: "make: *** No rule to make target 
`install'.  Stop."
3. Compile FFMPEG with FAAC support - not possible yet

Do you understand my problem?
