[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] small float to fixedpoint patch

This patch only removes the need for 3 float variables in the wma_init
function but it could be a start for a complete fixed point compatible
wma decoder. I'm not sure about the use of macros, they could be
replaced with some static shifts instead, but everything works as it is
now and the readability of the source is ok. Comments ?
